The launch of Atneed.com at the convention was a raging success. All the attendees who visited our booth recognized immediately that the program is designed to meet their needs. They found it easy to navigate and use the various features. Since you are directly responsible for the success, you must take a well deserved bow. It was, after all, you who sculpted a concept into an aesthetically pleasing, functionally satisfying being.

Everyone who has touched this project in any way over the past three years deserves congratulations. It's been a long, hard journey, but now we have a new site that is clearly superior not only to the old version...but also to any other airline site.
